Facebook has empowered you to mute annoying friend
Facebook has launched it's completed new feature which enables users to mute their Facebook friends for a maximum of 30 days.

The company decided to roll out the mute feature called 'snooze' to everyone some days ago.

So, the power lies in your hands to disable any of your friends, groups, or other pages, who annoy you by posting too often, or irrelevant content or posting of non-interesting things.

However, it's safe to mute such accounts than unfollow them because you hope in the future that your friends will start posting more interesting content.

According to Facebook, "there are actually many people who want to take a break from some accounts or groups for a short time only."

How to use the snooze feature

1. You simply click the drop-down menu on a post made by the account you want to mute and
2. Choose “Snooze”.

Meanwhile, you can possibly modify your feed to your taste by;

1. Hiding post you don’t like from your feed,
2. Unfollow people you don’t want to see anymore and
3. Select friends or pages that you will like to see in the top of your feed.

 What do you think about this snooze featue, useful or just unnecessary?
