Digital Media Development Initiatives, Nigeria's leading Inspiring innovative firm hosted the Senior Special Assistant to Governor of Abia state, Mr Chime Asonye at its inaugural session, Hangout Suite last week at the Landmark Event Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos.
The event, which was anchored by @blossomozorunmba was themed, "Social Media 4 Social Good: The use of digital media for sustainable development."

Mr Chime Asonye focused his explanation on educating and mapping out plans towards achieving the Sustainable Development Goals for Nigeria and rebuilding his home town into #AbiaWeWant.
The Sustainable Developments Goals, a global proposal of 17 goals with 169 targets covering a broad range of issues including ending poverty and hunger, improving health and education, making cities more sustainable, combating climate change, protecting oceans and forests, and promoting human rights. The following pictures each represents the 17 new goals.
Goal 1 supports everyone: No POVERTY.
Goal 2 supports: Zero Hunger.
Goal 3 supports: Good Health.
Goal 4 supports #NerdSwag: Quality Education.
Goal 5 supports you: Gender Equality.

Goal 11 supports: Sustainable Cities and Communities, a top priority for Abia's Governor as we work to develop Aba.

Goal 13 supports: Urgent Climate Action.
Goal 14 supports: Life Below Water.
Goal 15 supports: Life on Land.
Goal 16 supports: Peace and Justice. As a lawyer it's one.
